How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders will be sent within 2 working days. All of our orders are sent via Australia Post.

How can I check the status of my delivery?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once the order has been fulfilled and sent with Australia Post, you will receive another email letting you know your order is on the way. This email will have your tracking number provided. You can enter the tracking number into the link below where it will keep you updated with the status of your delivery.

Do Your Year Books contain Australian information?

Yes! Our books are made by Aussies for Aussies. We do include some world news, events, TV shows, etc.

Our books are designed, printed and packed in Melbourne, Australia.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

We do have the option of Express Shipping for $20. This can be selected at checkout.

Express shipping will usually arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch, depending on your area.

Do you offer click & collect?

In some circumstances we do offer the ability for you to collect a product you have purchased. We are based in Pascoe Vale South in Melbourne, Victoria. If you live within the Melbourne region and are in wanting to collect instead of having an item shipped, please send us an email tosales@youryear.com.auor call us on 0418 784 303 and we can arrange something for you.

Do you accept returns?

We want to make sure your experience shopping with us is as genuine and memorable as possible. We are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience and your satisfaction is at the forefront of this. We understand that returns, refunds and changes of mind will occur from time to time. We are more than happy to offer a refund for any of the following reasons;

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Received the incorrect item
  • Ordered incorrect item
  • Change of mind
  • Product is different from description

If your reason for wanting to return is not listed above, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

In some circumstances you may be required to provide photographic or video evidence of the faulty or damaged product so that we undertake an assessment of the damage before providing a refund.

In circumstances where you have purchased the wrong item or have simply changed your mind, we are happy to provide a refund providing that the items are returned to us within 30 days from the purchase date, still in saleable condition. In these cases you will be required to cover the cost of the return postage.
