RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We at Your Year want to make sure your experience shopping with us is as genuine and memorable as possible. We are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience and your satisfaction is at the forefront of this. We understand that returns, refunds and changes of mind will occur from time to time, as it does in any retail setting. We are more than happy to accept a refund for any of the following reasons;

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Received the incorrect item
  • Ordered incorrect item
  • Change of mind
  • Product is different from description

If your reason for wanting to return is not listed above, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

In some circumstances you may be required to provide photographic or video evidence of the faulty or damaged product so that we undertake an assessment of the damage before providing a return.

In circumstances where you have purchased the wrong item or simply do not want it anymore, we are happy to provide a refund providing that the items are returned within 30 days from the purchase date. In cases where the product is not faulty or damaged and simply a change of mind, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping fee.
